Remove the generated files from the source tree.
Copy translations to a new directory layout.
Added translation of .desktop files.

Since the translations were not built and installed at all in the automake variant, I made a copy of translations to the new layout.

Since bibletime.desktop is updated during the build in the automake variant, I added the translations of the desktop file for the cmake variant.
