If the Volume button is not added to the toolbar, the slider brought up by pressing "1" doesn't work at all
If the Volume button is added to the toolbar, then the following problems exists:
a. no icon for the button
b. the slider works in reverse (0% is max volume and 100% is no volume)
c. the volume is only changed after releasing the slider when dragging it with the mouse, not when dragging it
d. the mouse wheel moves the slider but the volume never change
it would be nice to have a mute button too
