Add basic cmake build instructions.
Some doc files have moved at the root of the module.
Rework of the README and help page.
Deleted file BUGS.
Update some cmake files with latest macros.
Few cosmetics.

What do you think about combining all those README.* files into a single README?

That I prefer a simple and descriptive README more than a crowded one.

I usually follow a pattern for the README file because the content of this file is displayed in TGW, I meanly rewrite the file for those you watch TGW, with all the added README.* we would have a messy README like before.
