conversion to cmake building system #1

I've added the man pages without the "trinity" suffix.

In the code source, some handbook help pages have been written in foreign language, at the moment only English is provided, I don't know how to add the others.

I'll look into others packages, maybe there's some examples to copy.

In my system, autotool doesn't build kcms/autostart by default, I've added It as default to build. If you want It as an option to build, It can be done.

Added helpbooks build for other languages.

Regarding kcms/autostart, I'm afraid it's not a good idea. Here is a separate kcmautostart application, so building kcm-autostart in kiosktool seems to be duplicate.

I made a minor adjustment to the previous commit and added a warning of a possible collision.

At the same time, I did a rebase to eliminate unnecessary merge commit.

Merged and pushed upstream.
