Right now when a tab in the main window is closed through the context menu, its corresponding entry in the Tabs menu does not get unchecked. So, if the user unchecked the entry while they have already closed the tab, this would result in unexoected behaviour (probably a crash).
A signal in TabWidget was implemented to track closed tabs. Ehat remains is to connect closing certain tabs with unchecking their corresponding entries in the Tabs menu
