When using KPresenter via KOShell (KOffice Workspace), inserting a new slide based on the default template produces an error. The error states that the file $HOME/.tde/share/apps/koshell/default.kpr does not exist.

$HOME/.tde/share/apps/koshell/default.kpr does not exist indeed, but $HOME/.tde/share/apps/kpresenter/default.kpr does exist as expected.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open KOShell
  2. Create a presentation
  3. Create a new slide based on the saved layout (option 1).
