PerlTQt is a Perl Object Oriented interface to Trolltech's TQt v3.x - a well known 
C++ GUI toolkit.

Requirements :
------------

 - Perl >= 5.6

 - TQt   >= 3.0

 - GNU tools : automake(>=1.5), autoconf (>=2.13), aclocal...
