To workaround this '#if 0' out the the declaration and body of 'proxySlot(bool)' in PyTQt/tqt/siptqtProxytqt.h and PyTQt/tqt/tqtcmodule.cpp. This resolves the compiler error but breaks any 'sig(bool)' type signals.
