The new tde_create_translated_desktop macro is used to merge translations into a desktop file to be installed. Since msgfmt support for desktop files requires gettext >= 0.19, on older distributions, the intltool-merge tool can be used. The macro automatically selects which tool to use.

Since there are desktop files with many different extensions, it was necessary to add the possibility to explicitly specify the source file as the desktop type in the TDEL10n module.
