Avoid CMP0026 – get_target_property( LOCATION ) #26

I have tried many times to find a solution for the CMP0026 that would be functional and at the same time not too strange.

The problem is that in our use, we work with value already during configuration, while the recommended replacement by generators works at the build time. This makes the use of generators for our needs complicated and strange.

I still have not found a better solution than adding a function to determine the name of the library by our own strengths. Although this is not an elegant solution, it is functional and does not look strange.

Please look at it and do not hesitate to make comments.

I think we can go ahead with this. If later we find a better way, we can always change it again 😉
