Because we don't use the Gentoo infrastructure, this disables the normaly mirroring of files and more important disables the first try to fetch files from the Gentoo mirrors. After all, TDE is having own mirrors and for ebuilds which were removed from Gentoo, the fitting files will be or were removed anyway after some time.

This should make fetching of the stable ebuild source files a bit faster. 👍

Also the source file for lcms was already lacking on the Gentoo mirrors as well it was removed from the original place of the LCMS website.
