Live ebuilds: Add preliminary Abakus ebuild. #69

Some kind of WIP. It is the first ebuild which make use of the new desktop file translations functionality, which means, for the desktop file translations, the general translations and the documentation translations, it is always just using the LINGUAS variable from the make.conf. But because the eclass does some magic (and needs to do that for reasons still), I have added some placebo entries for the TRINITY_LANGS variable, to make the ebuild offer the handbook USE and also at the same time hardcoded the translation CMake option (because of the changed translation dir layout, it would get deactivated otherwise). It works fine that way for me. 👍
