Dependencies and shortcomings fixed. Due to changes in the Gentoo upstream, the dependencies have changed. This hotfix addresses these issues. A few more shortcomings have also been fixed.

Yes it is fixed.
Checked ebuilds with repoman after removing 14.0.8, so I found dependency inconsistencies. I got carried away a little. In the presence of 14.0.8, it was difficult to track down all the shortcomings.
