DEB trinity-apt-archive: Set the apt repository URL to the final placement of the official releases #219

Because I consider it desirable that users can update from the R14.0.x series to R14.1.x series only when they want to – for example, after they do tests in their environment, that is to create a new URL for apt repository R14.1.x series.

I assume that we can go the way of one line with two components – main and deps, as is in PSB and PTB repositories, instead of the need for two separate lines – two separate repositories for the main archive and for dependencies, as it was for older releases. Therefore, I give a proposal to use the URL https://mirror.ppa.trinitydesktop.org/trinity/deb/trinity-r14.1.x

Any comments or objections?

The suggestion looks good for r14.1.x series, but I assume for master we should still use the testing specification in the URL.
Therefore I suggest merging this once we have created branch r14.1.x.
