The python-sip-tqt package is set to provide the symbolic name sip-api-<number>. But this can be confusing with the upstream sip package for Qt. To avoid this confusion and dependence on the wrong package, I suggest changing the symbolic name to sip-tqt-api-<number>.

This change will also be necessary in the context of working on Python3 support, as this may require an raise to sip-tqt-api.

Sounds good to me. I also suggest we check if there is any other package that still does not have the trinity in its name.
