Similar to how the python-tqt => PyTQt rename was done in a separate commit, this commit does the python-trinity => PyTDE rename separately.
To make it complete, added commits that address changing PyTDE dependencies in related packages.

Should package name follow python3 recommendation?

Because this renaming is done before merging the changes for Python 3 compatibility – before merge TDE/python-trinity#5, that's where Python 2 modules are currently built. Therefore, package names are prefixed with
python-. Once Python 2 support is replaced by Python 3 support, there will be name changes and the Replaces / Breaks changes in #181.Sounds good.
