The control file uses Replaces: ... netpbm to prevent the /usr/bin/imagetops file conflict between the tdelibs14-trinity and netpbm packages. But this is a problem – tdelibs14-trinity does not replace netpbm – on the contrary, the imagetops script requires binaries such as jpegtopnm, pngtopnm,… which are part of netpbm to work.

Therefore, we have to find another solution. For example, use dpkg-divert, or add an option to make imagetops installation optional, or install the script only if it does not exist in the system.
