twin just ignores display layout and maximised windows on entire virtual display area
same for kicker, it does not show display selection
This seems to be caused by wrong configuration in some core libraries
I got same in Gentoo 5 years ago, when built tde with xinerama/xrandr disabled, rebuilding all tde with enabled xrandr helped
Steps to reproduce
Connect second display
Enable it in tderandrtray
windows manager, display settings in kcontrol (not in tderandrtray) and kicker settings does not handle display layout at all
## Basic information
- TDE version: R14.0.8-R14.0.13
- Distribution: Arch Linux with openrc
- Hardware:amd64

Thanks for reporting the problem. It seems that for TQt as such there are several options that are used by default on other distributions, but were not used for ArchLinux. For example ipv6, xinerama, xcursor, glibmainloop,… I will add these options and rebuild the packages.
