Overview or additional required changes:
- [x] code individual device operation in tdestoragedevice (mount, unmount, lock, unlock) based on udisks2 dbus calls
- [x] udisks has been replaced by udisks2 and not available in many distros, so no support for udisks will be added
- [x] udevil does not support unlock/lock operations (only mount/unmount) so it is not possible to add support for unlocking /locking with udevil
- [x] consider adding support for pmount
- [x] ~~add HAL-based support if possible (support is partial due to limitations in HAL)~~ HAL support in TDE will be removed in R14.1.0.
- [x] polkit GUI authentication agent to allow normal user to authenticate to perform some of the actions
