Instructions for creating themes and styles in TDE. #24

At the moment we have someone in the IRC (Vita_Cell), who wants to do styles and other artwork for TDE and did already for GTK2. While that is a very wonderful thing, it seems it lacks some howto and step by step tutorial for understanding how that is done in TDE. At quick search, I not found any instruction for that.

That should be really added to the wiki, or here should be collected some links at first, to have some possible tutorials, which could be also related to KDE3. It would be a shame, if people motivated to work on some new themes would end up not beeing able to contribute that way, because of lacking documentation. Maybe I have just overseen some, but I think that should be noted to think about here.

I may be wrong, but AFAICR from a quick look some years ago, defining a new style requires coding it. Hope this does not discourage Vita_Cell.

I agree it would be good to have some documentation about it.

@Michele, yes, we already talked about that in IRC with him and that was not much of a problem and he liked that more than not coding. But the problem was simply lack of documentation about how to code that styles.
