When a user has a large number of Filter Rules defined it can be hard to locate or verify the existence of one of them. It would be very helpful if the Filter Rules list could be searchable.
Steps to reproduce
In KMail, go to Settings => Configure Filters...;
Observe that the list of filters (left column) is in an order defining which filters are applied next; with a long list it can be hard to locate one.
