Kate sessions panel enhancements #142

This issue is to track additional work to be done on Kate's session panel in future (post R14.1.0). This is a continuation of the work done for bug 2491

clean up session files of unused entries (extra docs, extra windows)
add mouse right click popup menu to session for session actions
Kate session menu in main TDE menu does not show the sessions in the same order as in Kate (commit 9146504f)
need centralized session management to handle multiple windows/instances of Kate. Probably DCOP interface required.
(potentially related to previous point) when switching between sessions with different number of main windows (MW), the number of windows is not handled correctly. For example going from a 2 MW session to 1 MW session, the second MW is not closed.
kicker's kate session menu extension: add DCOP call to allow updating the session list from Kate when the list changes.
add document management within sessions.

IDK if this is the correct place to report this, but it would be nice if Kate sessions order could be rearranged manually.

You mean by drag-n-drop? Currently you can rearrange the order using the move up/move down buttons in the panel toolbar, but definitely drag-n-drop would be even better.

Oops, I somehow missed that. Drag and drop would be good to have though.
