Although enable/disable variables are present in the code, there is no GUI option to enable a sys admin to enable/disable specific buttons for freeze, suspend. hybrid suspend, hibernate.

Would be good to have a GUI choice for that in TDE Control Center -> System Administration -> Login manager -> Shutdown tab.
