"Configure menu" entry in TDE-Menu and Kicker popup menus #228

The idea is to provide a separate window and menu entry for configuring the TDE Menu (either classic or Kickoff style).

Currently the menu settings are in a tab which is part of the kicker_config TCC module.

Therefore:

  • They should probably be moved into a separate module first.
  • The appropriate entry should be added to the TDE-Menu context popup menu (called by right-clicking on the menu itself).
  • The appropriate entry should also be added to the Kicker context popup menu (called by right-clicking on the menu applet on the panel).

It would be good if we can decouple the menu from kicker. Now any time we do changes to the menu, kicker needs to be restarted, which is a bit annoying. It would be good if we could reconfigure the menu without having to restart kicker, and I can't think of any reason why restarting kicker would be necessary.

Re config page: the page is currently on the "panel" control module, so definitely a good idea to separate in a separate module.
