Upon launching gvim the window is first displayed in a normal size, but then soon after it resizes (shrinks) itself in width until there is just enough space for the menu items. After trying to enlarge it gvim and the entire window frame freeze until the window is moved. If the option in the TDE control center to not display content in resizing windows is selected, then the gvim window shrinks itself again after trying to enlarge it and enlarging the window is not possible.
The problem does not occur if the gvim menu is turned off. This is accomplished for example with:
:set guioptions-=m
but this then eliminates the bar with the menu items which can then only be accessed by pressing .
The version of gvim installed is 9.0.1572
Steps to reproduce
Make sure that "Desktop -> Window Behavior -> Moving -> Display content in resizing windows" is checked
Launch gvim
Wait until gvim has resized itself
Enlarge the gvim window
If the window is frozen, move it by clicking on the title bar and dragging it a short distance

This may be the same problem as TDE/tde#57, or at least it looks similar in behavior.
Confirmed to be a duplicate of TDE/tde#57.
