Outdated URLs means:
Old kde-look.org or kde-apps.org URLs. They should point to trinity-look.org these days.
Old and not working URLs pointing to the KDE wiki. That should be changed to the archives. Better would be to import it and add it to the TDE wiki.
URLs for freshmeat or something like that. They should point to the repos of the distribution or the repos for the distribution from TDE these days, or simply point to the cgit of trinitydesktop.org. Like for tdeioslaves.
