some missing desktop icons #2

Some icons were missing in my system:

TDE menu - System - DCOP browser

TDE menu - Trinity Control system - TDE Components - Default Applications

TDE menu - Trinity Control system - TDE Components - Session Manager

TDE menu - Trinity Control system - Internet & Network - Web Browser - CGI Scripts

I took from those available in the crystalsvg icon folder.

Personally I like all of them except the one for DCOP browser. I suggest something like xeyes.png, to give the idea you can look "inside" with DCOP. Or xosview.png. How about that?

Fine by me.

Pick the one you prefer, I just need icons.

Merged and pushed upstream as is, with the original KDCOP icon.
