Konquest: Add shotrcut for 'End Turn' button #12

Description

It would be really handy to have a keyboard shortcut to end a turn in Konquest (such as Ctrl+Return). If I remember well, there is such a shortcut in KDE 4/5 Konquest.

Hi Philippe, you can actually use Alt+E (in English language at least). There is a button for end turn in the GUI and that is it's shortcut.

Is that enough or are you suggesting to add an additional shortcut that would show up in the Confgure Shortcut window?

Well, that would be enough for me, but a configurable shortcut might be a good idea.
