The page may probably be fundamentally changed because TQt is only provided as opensource and are not commercial editions. To change it is possible to create a PR on TDE/tqt3 module.

We can leave the issue here. Just need to fix that in tqt3 code. Besides, there may as well be more references to the say website somewhere else in the code.
