Basic information

  • TDE version: 14.1.1
  • Distribution: any
  • Hardware: any

Description

This problem is still come out from cardinal updating LibVNC in 14.1.0, which broken out both KRFB and KRDC, see the details there — https://bugs.pearsoncomputing.net/show_bug.cgi?id=3206

In 14.1.1 KRFB was fixed mostly, but KRDC is remaining problematic in:

  • high loading in the scale mode;
  • missing the local cursor.

That is:
KRDC: AMD A8-6500 APU 3.5 GHz, Debian 11, connecting to RPi3 with TDE 14.0.13 and 1824x924, for CPU loading (%) / traffic (kbyte/s) 14.1.1 (Low+scale, Middle+scale, High+scale): 7.8%+!!70%!! / 20K, 8.0% / 23K, 8.0% / 130K

So, I have prepared a different patch krdc-return.patch again for restoring the normal features in KRDC from 14.0.13.
