When a mail server rejects an email during submission KMail adds "does not exist" to the rejection message. So when the mail server says "spam" the error reported to the user is "spam does not exist".
(No, I'm not sending spam. I'm testing our spam milter.)
Steps to reproduce
Compose a message that your spam milter will reject during submission. For example spamassassin has a special test string called the GTUBE Test Email string which I won't include here but which Google can easily find for you.
Submit it to a mail server which checks submissions for spam. (Some check after submission but then you have bounces containing spam which is not good.)
See screenshot.
