• Creation of POT template for desktop files added to CMakeL10n rules.
• Added creation of translated desktop files during build.

In addition to translating desktop files, there has been a replacement for tar calls using the tde_create_tarball macro.

Now I realize that in some files Category is also used as a keyword for translation. I need to add the use of this keyword to generate translated desktop files.

Done. It was only related to kdevtemplates in the languages folder.
