tdeio-man: add TDE specific man folder to the list of the search paths. #274

This adds TDE man folder (usually /opt/trinity/share/man) to the folders where tdeio-man will look for files.
With this, it is possible to type man:/abakus in Konqueror and see its man files.
Some other apps (like Kate) don't work because the man file is placed in another location. For those, it is still necessary to type man:/kate-trinity. Typing man:/kate will return an error.
This problem will be addressed separately.

The problem of applications for which the manual page is installed on a standard system path, but renamed with the -trinity suffix to avoid conflict, it is independent of this PR, so it does not prevent merging.
