Related to TDE/tde#93.

This trivial commit changes the wording of some texts to make it more gender-neutral by using they/them/their when referring to the user.

It affects some DocBook documentation in English and some READMEs. No changes are needed for any i18n strings AFAICT so this shouldn't affect translations.

Comments in code and licence files were not modified.

Looks good, but changes in translations are required. Just search "his or her" in tde-i18n/tdebase for example.

Ok, I will merge this one and then look for occurences in tde-i18n and other packages for good measure.

Regular update templates for translations on VPS will take care of the tde-i18n update. The individual translations will then be marked as unfinished and the translators will have to update them. I assume that this is the only thing we can do now for translations.
