Add basic cmake build instructions.
Rework of the README file.
I've deletes the files INDEX and Mainpage.dox (I don't see the need for them).
I've added a warning for the builder if the rdiff-backup backend is not found on the system during build time (which does not prevent the building at all).
Some cosmetics.
