Not sure if this is the correct way to solve the issue, but it worked fine for me
It looks more like a hack for some problem on your system.
I built sip4-tqt a short time ago on Debian from Jessie to SID and also on Ubuntu from Trusty to Jammy and there was no problem.
I just test built sip4-tqt on my machine, it builds fine without the patch. It's not buster, it's bookworm. But I have used the same scripts for years across various iterations of debian and so I would not expect issue on buster.
It's likely you are doing something wrong on your end, Emanoil.

2 years agoIn order to generate lexer and parser during building, bison and flex were added to Build-Depends. The originally proposed patch was resolved in a more suitable manner and therefore it was replaced by this.
