Fix KSysGuard name in about dialog. #102

Same as Kicker commit before.

This way it follows the style of the other TDE applications. The about dialog shows in the description about what it is. But the side effect of the old name was, that some users weren't knowing they use KSysGuard, because they had no chance to know that otherwise. With this change users know about KSysGuard. That is of use, if they want tot report bugs against it.
