Similar to TDE/tdelibs#180.

This is a feature I really miss in many TDE applications: holding Control and scrolling causes the font size to increase or decrease.

In this PR I had to add two new functions to the TEWidget API, smallerFont() and biggerFont().

I added additional changes into a second commit, which align the code of konsole and konsole_part. We can sqaush the commits before merging to master.
