Tasks required:

• add LMB menu indexed by storage devices
• use MMB to directly show the Device Manager dialog
• rearrange code or RMB menu
• use a private class d to store internal members, to avoid breaking ABIs in case of future changes

The LMB and RMB menus look like the attached screenshot.
The MMB will oper the Device Manager directly.
