KDE_DEPRECATED is still defined as TDE_DEPREAFTED to allow modules to still build. It will later be dropped when all instances have been replaced in TDE.

I have also simplify the compiler version detection in the definition of TDE_DEPRECATED since we don't be anymore with very old compilers.
