When TDE is installed alongside Xfce, the Xfce panel menu will display some TDE apps in the infamous **Other** menu.
The attached patch corrects the problem with amor, kodo, kteatime, and kworldclock.
I managed to recover the patch, but it the current form it is not good. The entries get duplicated in the TDE menu.
The patch needs to be reworked so that entries do not get duplicated in the TDE menu in order to be accepted.

I can open the patches this time, thanks. Some of them cause repeated entries in TDE menu, so before this (and other PR)'s patches can be merged, I need to understand what is happening behind the scenes. I may need to make some fixes in tdelibs prior to merging this PR.
